Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix® purchase; if you are not entirely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated Customer Care team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Machine

    Securely pack your Thermomix® and accessories in the original double-walled shipping box to ensure the delicate sensors and components are protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our service center inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
